To be eligible for transportation, students must apply to a magnet school by the February 29, 2008 application deadline. Generally, transportation is provided to elementary students who reside within a zone that is served by the magnet school they attend.
Elementary schools are divided into seven transportation zones. Transportation is provided to any elementary student living in the same zone that their magnet school is located. Also, some elementary magnet schools provide transportation to students living outside of their zones. Click here or on the map below for a list of elementary schools for each zone.

Transportation is also provided to middle and high school students who apply by the deadline. For the first time this year, magnet middle schools are zoned for transportation. Transportation to most middle school magnet programs is provided to student who live in Zone A and Zone B.
Bus stops and times are subject to change for the 2008 - 2009 school year. Review the current bus routes with your school's bus coordinator to find a stop within one mile of the location you would like. Current bus routes may be viewed at www.duvalschools.org. Click here for the list of bus coordinators. The Duval County Public Schools Transportation Department may be reached at 858-6200.
